Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also track your order by entering your order number on the Order Status page on our website.

Orders & Modifications

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.

I selected the wrong size or color. Can I change it?

Your order can be modified before production begins.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

You may request changes or cancellations by contacting our support team during business hours.
Once an order begins processing or production, changes are not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 90 days of delivery.

How do I exchange an item?

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Issues With Orders

My order was returned to sender. What happens next?

Once we receive the package back, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

I received a damaged or defective item.

Please email clear photos to Support@Zuqos.shop.
We’ll send a replacement immediately, and there’s no need to return the damaged item.

I received the wrong item.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
Email us at Support@Zuqos.shop with your order number and photos of the item received.
We’ll send the correct item and cover return shipping costs.
